"I was happy with the process and the work. My technician, Nate was prompt. He took measurements and went to Home Depot. He discovered that my size would have to be ordered. I paid for an hour of his time. I did call after two weeks to check on the progress. It turns out the parts had come in but Mr. Handyman was not notified. The next day, Nate came and installed the new new gable vents. It took an hour and a half to install the three of them. They look great. I was happy and would use Mr Handyman again. I felt the price was fair for the quality work done. It included all parts, labor and time."

"Very well. Sunny's Services not only moved our new stand up freezer into our house, they removed the old one AND all the packing materials from the new one. They even advised us not to plug in the new one for a couple hours because they tipped it when they moved it. They were on time, courteous and the price was very reasonable."

"Jonathan was prompt, professional and did a great job installing our mailbox. We will be using him again!"

"Our full view storm door needed the door handles replaced. We were unable to lock it. We put in a request thru Angi and Delmar Yellock of Designing Xpressions was the first contractor to respond. After discussion, he agreed to stop by the very next day. Upon arrival and after examining the door he found I had purchased the wrong parts. He fully explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He visited a local store and purchased the correct parts. Despite spending twice as much time doing the repair he stuck with the original price quoted. I learned Del is actually a general contractor and does remodels and virtually any job inside the house. We will definitely be calling him back for future work. One last point: Del's price (including parts) was one sixth of prices quoted by others. This experiece almost makes me want to see something else need fixing! Great honest contractor!!!"

"The best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The owner, Isaias Caceres, provided expert advice on how to complete our project. His workers were highly skilled and courteous, cleaning the worksite at the end of each day. Our finished basement has never looked better than it does now, as a result of this work. This is a company that I'll hire again in a heartbeat."

"Shaun and his assistant were friendly and professional. We had a slight mix-up with timing but communication on the day of install was good and everything was taken care of. It was a great experience, we discussed other possible jobs at the end of the install."

"Bill was very responsive, prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was even able to save me a few hundred dollars by removing one of the components that was still working from the dead unit and put it in the unit which needed fixing. He'll also be getting me a quote to replace the non-working unit. I would highly recommend Bill's company."

"Alpha & Omega PMR did a good job with repairing my window I was having a draft come thru my front window and because the window balance was off he was able to rebalance the window and repair the spring loads as well as replace the locks and clips to repair it, saved me a headache of replacing the entire window frame. I highly recommend his services, legit and honest work. 10/10"

"Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

"

that needed to be performed, as well as a cost and time estimate to install these improvements. I appreciated being able to ask questions and have a positive and informed discussion about the issues. Dan is a very pleasant and knowledgeable "gentleman" who works very hard at explaining the tasks that needed to be performed. Dan is the one who made me believe in the Mark Group and it's ability to make these changes translate into energy savings.

When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.
