The entire upper unit needs to be renovated (kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms). Jim has been incredible to work with - especially with my being out of state. He has done what he has said he would do when he said he would do it. His crew has been great and professional. Jim's guidance and creative solutions to tricky challenges has been incredible. He let us know everyday when to expect him and always showed up on time. We were told at the start of our project that our basement would take 4-6 weeks to complete and it was completed within that time frame (which never happens!).
