"So happy to be able to use the plumbing again within 4 hours of their arrival, after dealing with repeated cleanings for the previous 10yrs which was just getting worse as the years passed. If they were unhappy to on the coldest day of the year so far, they hid it well. They did leave behind 1 of their power cords, forgot to reconnect my downspout completely, and poked a hole in the screen door, but that's pretty minor for work done that I won't have to worry about until the day I die or sell the house. They came back when I called to finish the downspout, get their cord and take away an old pipe left in the basement that they replaced. I would recommend them for replacing a sewer line to anyone, but I can warn you - they don't give free estimates, unless they can't camera your line 1st."

The plumber arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, and was very clear when explaining what needed to be done, the options, and the cost for each item. We had a defective faucet that needed to be replaced and he explained how to contact the company for replacement, etc. He worked quickly, he was very pleasant, and he left the area cleaner than when he arrived! "Finally called Pynn based on the good reviews here. They are the best kept secret in Lockport, I swear! They sent someone over the next day! He was on time and professional. Nick took a look at the project, went to go get a couple new supplies because we had solder all over the pipe where we tried to fix it. He came back right away and fixed it all in less than an hour! He was really nice, and explained why he used or did not use certain items. Taught me a lot so I know for next time. Would DEFINATELY recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done! "This went amazingly well. We had a plumbing emergency as storm and waste water were backed up in our basement. I called Frank's Mr. Plumber at the after hours emergency line. An actual employee answered the phone on the first ring, not an answering service. The only person available to come out was the owner of the company. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY came to my house after hours and did the work himself. The job was done properly, timely and very cost effective. My sewer drain was clogged, water backed up from bathtub and toilet won't flush. I called them and they set up appointment for me the very next day early morning to repair the sewer line. The plumber Jim worked very hard, sweat all over forehead but never took a break! Very polite and very professional! He also cleaned up the bathroom mess for me after the job done! I couldn't ask for better service! Owner called me after the job done and told me they were accidentally overcharged me by mistake on my bill and made a refund immediately.
