"Rick did a FABULOUS job installing a replacement window over my kitchen sink. He very carefully removed all existing trim, installed the window quickly, and reinstalled the trim. He did a great job sealing and caulking everything. He brought all the right tools, cleaned things up as he went along, and left my kitchen looking better than ever. He was early, very friendly, and I will definitely recommend him to friends/family and will hire him for my next project! Price was very reasonable. Great job!!!"

We drew up a wish list which ultimately became a detailed plan with two rooms, a full bathroom, an egress window, new stairs and electrical box, and storage that included many shelves and doors. Other contractors might run screaming from customers like us, but these people—these talented, highly-skilled, hard-working people said, “Okay!” Over the years really good men and women have help repaire and maintain our homes. No one provided the level of service that Russell Renovations provided. We were immediately impressed with Tim Russell’s responsiveness. His communication was great. He was fair in his estimate and realistic in his scheduling. When work began on our project, he and his son showed up when they said they would show up. "Great! Nate installed professionally, even going into our crawlspace under the house on a 90 degree day! Other installers wanted to run the lines along the outside of our house. Only Zenner & Ritter offered to go under the house so the unit could go into the backyard. Nate and his assistant were hardworking and knowledgeable. Tom, the electrician from Melton, was very knowledgeable and professional. Having had other dealings with Melton Electric was one of the reasons we went with Zenner & Ritter for our generator. Our salesman, Bill, also got us a great deal with promotions from Generac. All work was done efficiently and cleaned up afterward."

Chris had good advice, but left the choice to me (I followed his advice). They tiled the walls and the floor, painted the walls, installed vent, cabinet, toilet. I would hire again in a split second!"

"The online reviews and the sales pitch were outstanding. When it came to actually doing the work, the biggest failure was the lack of communication between the design department and the project manager and the onsite carpenter. I ended up paying a lot of money and not being satisfied with the end product. The project manager blew me off and minimized my concerns and then claimed he didn't. My husband is still replacing (2 months later) baseboard and door and window casing that they were going to charge us $90/hour to refit and replace. They also installed a washer and dryer and didn't take out the shipping struts. Luckily my husband guessed that they didn't do it, so our expensive washer was not ruined. I have to pay to have the shower floor replaced, but I can't afford to do it at the moment. They claim it's the materials I chose, but I think it's the way it was installed. I dread getting into my shower now... I reached out to them to detail my experience and they said they were sorry, but didn't take any responsibility, and they didn't offer to fix it. Oh well."
