Steve T from American Dry came to our house and presented us with what the solution will look like and thoroughly explained the entire process. He also answered all our questions and was always available to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent professional to work with. Then Wilson and his two-man crew came to do the work and they were all professional, extremely hard working and respectful of our home. They always started early and worked all day long to get the job completed. They wrapped up all items that were still exposed after we cleaned out most of our basement, used vacuums and filters to minimize all the dust and left our basement cleaner than it was before. We highly recommend American Dry Basement Systems and we're so happy we chose them over the others we received estimates from. And their price was more than competitive for what we believe is a much better solution."

"I was impressed from the very beginning with the approach this company takes. I set up 3 estimates with 3 seperate companies. Bob from Budget Dry was the first to come out. What I liked about his approach was his focus on the project rather than looking for some common ground between us in order to get me to lower my defenses. In the other two estimates I received both salesman attempted to use the sales tactic of becoming my buddy, which immediately sent up red flags for me. Bob had answers for all my questions and applied no pressure. He was clear and concise, he had examples and photos of past work, and samples of the materials to be used. As soon as I made the decision to hire them I was then put in contact with Brianna. She was professional, responsive and because they are a tech savvy company all the paperwork was incredibly easy. The actual installation was performed by John and several of his coworkers. John was very professional and patient while answering all of my questions. He took time to explain what they would be doing and why they were doing it. His workers spoke limited English, but all of them were polite and appreciative when I offered them drinks or use of our bathroom. Before they left John walked me through the project and gave me the opportunity to ask any final questions. They left nothing behind and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed overall and although it has only been 3 weeks since installation I am anticipating no issues in the future, but I believe that if I do run into any issues they will be responsive and come back and do what needs to be done to make things right. This is a company with a great business model that serves an important need for homeowners. I will confidently recommend them to anyone looking for basement waterproofing. I plan on coming back and updating this post one year from now after I have had time to witness the systems efficacy through several seasons."

"We recently completed a project with BBB and are truly thankful for the quality of work they provide. They finished an unfinished portion of our basement, and tore down a large closet to build a bar. In addition, they installed a doorway in an upstairs room that had previously not had a door. The project took about 7 weeks to complete. Having work done on your home, working with contractors, etc can be an extremely stressful experience. Until the work is done you don't always know what you're going to get as far as the quality of the work, cost adjustments, people coming into your home, responsiveness, etc. Working with this company, none of those issues are a concern. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Randy throughout this entire process from start to finish. I am really impressed by not only how knowledgeable he is, but how cool, calm and collected he is about everything. There was not one detail or question that we brought up to him that fazed him or wasn't addressed. That being said, he also spent a lengthy amount of time assessing the details of the basement up front to ensure everything was accurate. Every single member of the team that took part in the construction was of the highest quality, professional and extremely respectful. The final product is outstanding. The bar was built from scratch and is stunning. There were no surprises at any step along the way, to include the final price. Everything was transparent from the beginning. Simply put, I don't see how you can do any better than BBB for any basement or home improvement needs. As I anticipate future work on the house, I will be returning to them in a heartbeat. "Don and his team were wonderful.  Work and clean up was completed much faster than I thought it would be. All members of Don's team were professional and courteous and took care while inside my home as to not damage my floors or walls. When a window showed up with a crack in it, Don replaced it immediately rather than installing broken material. I will definitely look to Don for any future construction needs that arise. I would, and have already, recommend A Plus Construction to anyone. <br />"

"We have a small house, approximately 870 sq ft, and the basement is a crawlspace with a low clearing. (about 3 ft on average) George took a look through the access panel and told me it couldn't be done. He did give me advice on doing it myself. I was very disappointed, since I expected some out of the box thinking to try to come up with a solution. His advice was to have the house lifted, which is not a very affordable alternative. As I mentioned before, I had been inside the crawl space myself, and was expecting a professional with the proper equipment, expertise and protective clothing to be able to do the job, instead of suggesting that I hire high school kids. He did give me a final quote of $9000.00 and wished me good luck in doing it myself. I should have given this company an F for failure, but since no work was performed for me to give a review on, I opted for C instead."
