"The cost was covered by the insurance company, so the cost for the flooring was less than the $3074 amount. The Rodgers Decor people were very helpful in the selection of the material, and the installation was well done. They did have to come back to fix a few things, including the shoe guard below the dish washer, but they did that promptly. There was also some confusion over the billing since we paid for part of the installation ourselves (for an upgrade to what the insurance would cover and to get the flooring in our utility room), and the Rodgers Decor people helped get it resolved and wrote a letter of clarification. They did point out the flooring we bought was especially soft, which we wanted, and it wouldn't be as durable, and we have found it to be easy to damage, but they did forewarn us. Good people to work with.
