"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "Wow.......I am so impressed.....Last Saturday I waited all day for another  plumber that was scheduled who  called me 2 times always telling me he was on the way.........Ended up arriving 5 hours late with an attitude, saying his GPS was broken and I gave him wrong directions.............so did not allow him to enter the home.
I called Jim..........he set an appointment.....He gave me a rough estimate based on what I knew had to be done, although I totally understood that once he saw the repair, this could change if more extensive work needed..........And, he even showed up on time and called to confirm he was on the way.

"The work performed by Donnie and his team was great. My siding was cracking and falling down due to poor materials and bad installation done by the builder. I love the paint they used to finish the job. I have the best looking house in the subdivision. Donnie also fixed my electrical problems, a plumbing problem I had been having, and rehung my entrance way chandelier. These are all problems created by a not so good builder.
