We called Mr. Plumber and talked to Scott, the manager. Scott refused to replace the sprayer arm. In the conversation, he told us that if the plumbers do something wrong (on accident or on purpose) and they admit it, they are written up. So, when he asked Erica if she touched the sprayer arm, she said no. Understandably, because what choice does she have to be honest? And, Scott acted like he doesn't even know what a sprayer arm is.
