"We called Alpha Omega Appliance Service Last Thursday as we
needed our Jel Wend Range repaired. Chris answered the phone right away and we
were able to make an appointment later that day.  Chris came out with in the time he had
scheduled and assessed the problem that we were having.  He gave us a quote for the part and labor and
said he could get that part tomorrow and scheduled a time to come back the next
day.  Chris came back the next day.  When he swapped out the part and put the oven
back together the same problem existed. 
After doing some other testing he realized what the problem was and
fixed it.  He removed the part he ordered
and replaced it back with the one original and did not charge us since we didn?t
need it.  We appreciated his honesty so
much and the fact that the cost to fix the over was let then he had quoted was
greatly appreciated as well.   We thought Chris did a great job and would
recommend him to anyone needing Appliance Repair.

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"Very pleasant and polite. Careful to not bring in dirt from outside,my yard is dirrt,on my floors. Installed 3 heavy curtain rods from home depot and disposed of the boxes and old rods for me. Also changed out a garbage disposal for me. They figured out the problem with the old one, bad seal at the sink, offered to just fix that to save me $ but I decided to have them change it anyway. Again all cleaned up after and offered to dispose of it for me but I needed the old one for warranty return. Excellent repair work and easy to work with. Kept in touch about arrival time. Would call again if and when I need something else done."
