"Prior to contacting Mr. Walz, I had a very negative experience with the bait and switch shenanigans at Home Depot. The low installation rates they advertise is a joke, since they will not install unless you use the padding they dictate. I saved money and was very happy with the service and quality I received. "Robert Coleman was a joy to work with, I cant say enough good things about him & the company.There  AMAZING!!!!!!!!  , I have tried to get the pet stains out my self with no luck, I've even had carpet company's come clean my carpets with no luck.
