At this point our interaction is becoming terribly uncomfortable Tri-county Electric service employee started to tell me all the discounts he was able to get on new garbage disposal. How much further is Man going to go it became imperative he get him to leave my home. I got him to leave out a bundle of cash but not physically harmed. I ve met a professional riffraff, bamboozler. "<p>Dennis was very responsive and always called back within a very short time when I called.  Once was even when I called the day before my scheduled appointment to let him know that if he had any free time that day that I would be home.  I have older fixtures in my house and probably in there since 1952 when the house was built.  The toilet part change-out was routine.  Getting to the valves for the shower was more tricky due to the main fixtures sitting between the shower wall and it was even blocked </p> in the access panel.  The tub faucet was leaking for some time and the fixtures did not have a washer in them but one of those slots, for the knob which was cracked on the inside and creating the leak.  When getting them out , the valve came apart and needed whole new hardware to replace it. My set up is also an older setup with the separate knobs for hot and cold so Dennis did not carry them in his truck.  He had to cut the pipes to the hot and cold so he could put a turn off valve on them in order to turn the water back on.  He then left and was probably gone for about an hour while he went out and found the correct fixtures to replace the hot and cold valves and faucet.  What I thought and told him would be just a routine fix, turned into something more than was expected and Dennis was great through the whole thing making sure everything was fixed.  It took him a total of 4 hours to do everything <br />"

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised.
