They also weld metal framing to help support the gates they build which is really nice and something noone else offered. I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.
