IBE owner, Shane Diebel was proactive in providing a reasonable comprehensive estimate with appropriate contingencies, no-cost post-installation repair guarantee, and a projected start date. Extensive deterioration of the original hidden support footings was found upon demolition of the original deck that required additional material and labor to correct. This extra effort was provided for a reasonable charge as detailed in the original contract. The IBE crew completed the deck construction in three days, hauled away the demolition debris, and left the work site clean and in order.
