So, I didn?t deal directly with them. They were very quick. They came out when I needed them. I told them about the layout that I needed. Everything was done well. "I have found my "go-to" guys when it comes to anything HVAC!   <br /> Before signing up to have a new furnace and AC installation, Godby's employees had come to my home for repairs.  I can't praise the professionalism enough.  Both of these employees (Tim and Virgil) described the status of each unit and advised that each would have to be replaced in the near future (both units were 20 years old).  However, at no time did they pressure me into buying new units.  In fact, the first team member who came out to look at my AC gave me several options for the repair and found the least expensive alternative for me. <br /> I decided to replace both units this month.  Godby's sales representative, Bobby Lux, visited and provided me with several alternatives and explained each in detail.  Again, I never felt pressured to buy a particular unit.  In fact, Bobby advised against the most expensive AC unit as the long-term benefits would not outweigh the costs. <br /> The installation team (Mike and Dana) arrived four days after I signed the proposal.  They were timely, and just like the repairmen I'd met earlier in the year, very professional and friendly.  A Godby supervisor stopped by to check on progress, and Bobby came by as well to make sure things were going well.  The installers worked continuously through the day.  I was in my home office and barely noticed that they were in the house removing a 20-year old furnace.  The entire job was done in one day, albeit a long day as the team finished around 7 p.m.  They left my house without a trace of dirt, having cleaned up thoroughly.  There was no evidence of them even being there except for the big new furnace and AC unit. <br /> I can't praise this company enough.  As I started out this review, they are my "go-to" team for any HVAC work.  It's hard to find an organization like this, so I am thrilled to have come by Godby!  I would highly recommend them to anyone. <br /> P.S.  I also want to thank Dana for showing me some mean guitar licks before leaving my house.  Mike and Dana are both friendly and experts at their jobs. <br />"

"After searching around found Aspen Outdoor Designs.  We just built a new home and were thinking about having a professional design the landscape and build a patio.  After meeting with Aspen we had them design the landscape for the property.  They are extremely detailed and didn't leave any stones uncovered.  After reviewing the designed (which we both loved), realized we would start with the first phase and have a professional do everything.  They installed our custom paver patio along with retaining walls.  Also included on the patio was a custom built outdoor fireplace. <br /> Their crews are one of the best we have ever worked with.  Could not even tell they were here, very professional and left the work area very clean each day.   <br /> They are very easy to buy from, will help put items into phases and will help make sure you are completely comfortable before moving forward with them.  Will be using them for work in the front of the house next summer. <br />"
