"The actual testing went smoothly and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. The problem came with the hard sell afterwards trying to get me to buy mold clean up supplies for a room that their own testing proved was no more "moldy" than what was already present in the outside air. The results came in a phone call where the salesman insisted I speak to another company about those supplies, refused to give me contact info instead insisting that a second phone call had to be made. It felt like I was dealing with a used-car salesman. I did get the results and reasonably intelligent person could read them without the salesman or multiple phone calls."

"On 4/28/2015, I wrote concerning a refurbished water treatment unit I purchased from Richard Foronjy. <br /> <br /> Soon after my review I received a call from Richard concerning my dissatisfaction with the refurbished unit I purchased for my mother.  I explained to Richard that the unit had been repaired a number of times and still was not working to my satisfaction. Richard listened to my concerns and frustration and then told me he wanted one more opportunity to repair the unit at no additional cost !!  I appreciated his willingness to repair the unit and a repair date was scheduled.  The repair technician was on time and upon inspection of the unit discovered a small crack in the top of the unit.  I technician explained to me that the crack was allowing air to enter the unit which caused the malfunction.  The unit was repaired and after a year I have had no further problems the unit. <br /> <br /> Thank you Richard for making good on your product !!  When it comes time to replace my unit I will again buy from Hague Quality Water."

"The old crown molding looked terrible and was removed for the new crown molding. Bill provided suggestions for the molding to purchase to obtain the results I was desiring. When the old molding was removed care was taken to minimize damage to the wall and ceiling. The new crown molding was installed and now just needs to be finished and painted. Bill did a good job on the install and it already looks better then the old molding. I will be using him in the future for some other small jobs."
