They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!) "

He came knowledgeable and prepared for the job and, once he found a suitable replacement for the pump, had the system up and running in only a couple hours. He bolstered my self-esteem in pointing out the joiner that I couldn't get to budge was cemented in place by the installer. Reasonable price for replacement, as sumps are expensive, and he even rolled my hose back up after we used to prime the pump. Service oriented team!"

"The two man crew was hard working and knowledgeable. The repairs have held so far. Both crew and office were easy to work with. There was a disconnect between the office and the crew as to what work was to be done. They exceeded the scope of work, but I was able to negotiate a settlement. They charged a lot for materials. For example, they wanted $1800 for the pump; I found an identical unit for $800. I would use them again, but make sure there is a very clear understanding of what is to done and what it will cost. <br />"

"Excellent. Bill arrived on time and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and showed me why a replacement was really my only option - gas was not being regulated when heating water and had resulted in a damaged unit that was no longer safe. At no time did I feel I was being pressured to buy a new unit. After replacing the unit, he turned the water on. At that moment, the line running to the outside bib broke, creating a small flood by the water valve for the refrigerator. This had nothing to do with the water tank repair, it was inevitable break. Turns out the original contractor had tipped the pipe in the wrong direction. Although this was an unexpected job, Bill was willing to do it on the spot. Bill made the smallest cut possible in the interior drywall, replaced the bad line and added appropriate fittings for the pipe to angle correctly. He also installed a new bib. The additional work was unexpected but only an extra $100. Best of all, he mopped up all the water! Super service, very professional and well worth the price."
