Mark had to put up with the smell of rotten food in the refrigerator &; a leaking floor to fix the appliance for my mother.  The technician was on time, he knows his stuff. He did not take very long and he was very efficient, a pleasant person. He replaced the broken hose/pump inside the washing machine.vacuum the filter, got all the yucky stuff out, the dust, mold. He even cleaned the floor .
