"The best way for me to sum up my experience with Wells & Wells is simply. You are doing business with just genuinely good people. They take pride in their work, and their customer interactions. Our deck was destroyed by falling trees during the snowstorm in January. We had a regular wood deck and we thought the damage was extensive. After many contractors Wells was the only one that came by and provided an honest assessment. They didnâ t cut corners for cost purposes, they were just honest and real about what needed to be repaired. The not only repaired our deck, they almost completely rebuilt it. For all intents and purposes we now have a new deck. We were able to upgrade from wood to Trex (due to the current cost of lumber). The folks at Wells even told us about the cost differences in wood and Trex and provided professional advice in helping us upgrade. They never tried to price gouge us, they never took advantage. They arrived everyday on time and completed the work on schedule. Throughout the project they would check in to ask how I felt about their work as the project progressed, and they walked me through once it was completed. "Oscar Canales, and his associates Levis and Sergio did an excellent job of installing insulation in a bay window overhang at the level of the basement ceiling, followed by repairing a drywall hole due to a needed plumbing repair. They gave a quick estimate, were easy to work with to fine tune the final pricing, and did the work as promised, arriving on time and finishing as planned. They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me. The repair to the front door frame they did for me, to prevent water from entering my home, was done professionally and also as promised. I highly recommend them!"

"He was very responsive and accommodating, providing me an estimate after hours and also squeezing me into his busy schedule at the last minute. The work took a little longer than expected and a couple things were left off my to do list that I thought were included in the initial estimate. I didn’t bother to say anything because he did re grout my entire tub which was not on my list so I was very appreciative. Here are the things I had issues with: The tile he replaced in the shower were a different color then what I have installed, the dry wall repair looks unfinished and although he took the time to explain my faulty shower plumbing issue (and even tried to to do the best he could to repair it), the shower is now in a worse condition than before the repairs and my water is not getting hot anymore."
