"DJ Fence did a wonderful job with building a wood fence in our back yard. Lorenzo responded quickly to our original inquiry, and scheduled a visit within a day or two. He measured and helped us figure out the best fence for our back yard and our needs (keeping in dogs without keeping out the view). He made several suggestions we had not considered and they definitely improved the fence. He helped us with materials to give our HOA, and stayed in touch with us while we got the project approved. When it was approved, he gave us a projected project date. When an earlier date opened up, he let us know but it was during a time we were out of town, so he rescheduled to the next week. The crew arrived when promised, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after. They built a beautiful 5" wooden picket fence with 3 gates exactly as we asked. "The install was great! The owner came by and followed up with me during the install. However, it's been just over a year and the door does not fit because the bigger heavier posts that they said would support the weight of the door twisted and many other posts have twisted and separated. Slats of the fence are starting to separate as well. So all in all, the install was great but the guarantee of their work is unacceptable."

"I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!"

"Bini was very responsive to the request for visiting the property and providing a quote for the required work.  He also provided quotes for future work so that I may budge/plan.  After agreeing on the design, price and signing the contract, Bini stated that the new gate would ready for installation in one week.  The gate was ready for installation as promised and we scheduled all the work to be done on Saturday.  He also painted the new gate to exactly match the french door by using the manufacturer's paint.     <br /> Note:  Make sure to check all installation and repairs prior to Bini Ironwork employees leaving the job site since I called them back on-site three times to make corrections/repairs..  After installtion, chaning the locks, and repairing the railing, Bini Ironwork employees started packing up all their equipment as it appeared they were finished.  I discovered one lock was not "keyed" to match the others and I was told by one employee (not Bini) that I was to receive different keys for each lock - not according to the contract - Bini arrived and quickly corrected this.  After changing the front gate dead-bolt lock which was now in a slightly different position, the gate no longer was able to lock. I called them back to correct this since they had packed up their tools. They knotched a new hole in the old exterior wood around the security gate for the dead-bolt.  Knowly the thin strip of wood around the dead-bolt could easily be ripped apart, I called them back again (since they had packed up their tools) to include a metal strike plate.    Bini was very responsive to each request and provided instructions to his employees.  He came back the following Thursday to add additional cement for securing the front railing and to make repairs needed to allow the installed basement gate deadbolt to lock. <br /> Considering Bini's responsiveness to my requests, I would hire him again for additional iron work. <br />"

"Both Gate Logics' representatives on the phone as well as the repair people on site were very professional, courteous and helpful.They were quick to return my calls when voicemails were left and quick to get repair people on site to assess the issue multiple times. The only disapointment I would express is that this particular issue had reoccured multiple times since the gate was automated about two years ago. While hopefully the the issue has been rectified once and for all, it did cost me each time they came on sight to readjust the mechanism. Having said that, I would recommend and use there services again. <br />"
