After renovating our home a couple years back we had new windows installed in the brick frame. Recently we've had mold accumulate above a doorway on top of which there is a green roof and a window. While we thought the problem was from faulty caulking where the green roof sits, the rep from Keith Roofing instantly pointed out that it was quite common for windows in these old houses to leak! He took it upon himself to caulk both the green roof and the window FOR FREE as a favor. We are sure to be using Keith Roofing in the future! Their innovated threshold design should protect from damage for years and the new front door looks great and operates perfectly. They also did an amazing job replacing an old sliding glass patio door with a real single hinged door with windows. It looks so much better than a slider and the new installation was expertly insatlled."

The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "The contractor was hired to replace a 15yr old roof after hail damage. They were doing a lot of work in our neighborhood at the time. The install was done very quickly and they worked with out insurance co to get us the most accurate assessment of the damage. They also replaced our metal roofs gutter& down spouts and many window screens. The whole process took about 3 months to complete. This was caused by a labor shortage and working with the insurance co."
