"It just went great.  They were delayed getting to us because of a previous job but once they got here they stayed until it was done.  It was a tricky job as one side of our house is quite high with marginal footing for ladders.  Handling those big, fragile concrete panels couldn't have been easy but they did a very nice job.  The three men who did the work were very pleasant.  I felt comfortable having them come in and out of  the house and I have already recommended Fox Creek to another customer. After a few days Maxim of  Fox Creek called back to be sure we hadn't noticed any problems once we had had time to really look the job over.  Good follow up."

Thoughtfully, when they could not get edging that matched what I had already, Tomas checked if I wanted to match both sides or have a difference. He anticipated I wanted matching. "We first became aware of this company at a home expo. We were in need of additional insulation in our attic and were looking into a ridge vent being installed as well. During inspection, we realized we needed a roof too. We negotiated a fair price for all three requested jobs and work started about a month later. During the job, the workers mistakenly trashed our gutter helmets and some were damaged beyond repair. We discussed this with our project manager and they were ultimately replaced free of charge. During the insulation install, the workers dropped a hammer through our ceiling and left a hole. It was repaired very nicely within a couple of days and you can’t even tell it happened. The cleanup after was very thorough. I found 1 or 2 pieces of metal after, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen other companies leave behind on jobs for my neighbors. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. Aside from the somewhat pushy sales tactics on the front end, I’d highly recommend this company."

The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. I removed star because of a quality issue in the work (a missed caulking led to a water leak). "Mr.Shaffer of My Roofer was excellent. he promptly returned my call, came out the next day, explained what was causing the leak, and gave an estimate that was the amount I paid. The work was done when promised the following week and the workers were excellent. Mr. Shaffer did a great job matching new shingles with the old. You can hardly tell the roof has been repaired. Clean up was excellent no trash or nails left on the ground. I thought there was a problem and the roof had not been fixed. I called Mr. Shaffer and he came out within an hour. He checked the roof and showed me that the what I thought was a leak was the old ceiling stain that first indicated a problem. I have checked the roof several times after heavy rain and snow and there is no problem. I highly recommend My Roofer and would use them if another problem occurs."
