"I have used JW Home Improvement in the past and contacted them for an exterior painting/repair project. Josh, the estimator, was on time, walked through some issues he found with my exterior (wood rot and replacement of siding on the outside of my gas fireplace due to weed wacker damage, and leak in same area) in addition to the painting. I had a two-person team (Thomas and Matthew) for two days to complete the work. They did a fantastic job: kept me updated with any changes needed to complete the work, were always punctual, friendly, and professional; and cleaned up the area after completion. During this time of social distancing and trying to stay safe with COVID-19, everyone I dealt with in person (Josh, Thomas, and Matthew) went up and above to ensure they did what was necessary to maintain everyone's safety and completing the work very professionally. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end.
