"Our three VKB bathrooms are PERFECT. The office staff is easy to work with and schedule appointments. Yucel Muslu came out to our house and created digital renderings of the bathrooms, incorporating all of the ideas I had and some of his own. He kept me fully informed of where he was in the design process. We then met with Yucel in his studio and picked out everything (the fixtures, tile, toilets) from their showroom. Prior to our meeting, Yucel had 3 or so fixture options he thought would look nice for each bathroom and we selected from there. If I had a design portfolio on HOUZZ, he would have utilized that as well but I did not. Yucel is an incredibly skilled designer and our bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL. Al Onur was our contractor and he kept an eye on our project, stopped by every so often and was always quickly available via text or phone. Elvis Aguilon was the one in charge of all projects at our house on a day to day basis and he is an incredibly skilled craftsman. His work is meticulous and the tile/grout are perfect throughout all 3 bathrooms. The two men who were in the house everyday were extremely clean and swept thoroughly at the end of each day. All of my wood floors were protected and they took great care to not damage walls when they were carrying in items. Any accidental damage they touched up and they even fixed an attic door that I broke prior to the project which was a nice surprise. Our project added a water closet in the master while eliminating the tub and making the shower enormous. Yucel was able to easily make design adjustments when I panicked that the water closet wouldn't be large enough; he was correct, the size he said would be fine is an excellent size. I would hire VKB again for our kitchen and for our two other bathrooms when they need to be redone. They were easy to work with, thorough and timely. I recommend VKB without hesitation to all of my friends and neighbors."

"We had known for a while that we intended to get a sunroom, and looked at Maryland Sunrooms as well as Patio Enclosures and a general contractor. For the quality and price we were looking for Maryland Sunrooms was clearly above the competition, and we never regretted going with them. From our initial discussions with them, through signing the contract, all the way to the completion of the project and beyond what we appreciated most was that we were able to always communicate directly with Mike, the owner, and Pete, our project supervisor and they were always responsive and helpful. On top of that, we were beyond impressed and pleased with Saul, who actually did almost the entire construction himself besides pouring the slab and running the electrical, which they subcontract out. He's incredibly talented and was so wonderfully easy to work with, which was especially important as we were coordinating siding and gutters contractors and plumbers as well to do work in conjunction with the sunroom. "First class company from top to bottom, start to finish. We were referred to Core Outdoor for a large porch project. We knew the size of the porch that we wanted, but that was about it. Core helped us with every other detail along the way and we ended up getting a nicer porch than we could have imagined. It took a couple of months to get us in their schedule. Once the crew started working - lead by Ben - they didn't stop until it was complete (~2 weeks). The finishing on this porch is perfectly thought out on their part - these guys really focused on the details and it shows in the final product. There were some odd angles to work around (including a chimney, bump-out, etc.) and their final design makes it all seamless. Whenever we had a question, the office staff was super quick to answer. The couple of minor concerns we raised were addressed immediately. We were looking for a company to take this job and run with it - allowing us to stay out of the way and leave it to the pros. Core totally accomplished that for us. This was the largest project we've done, but Core made it the least stressful project, too. Ben and his crew knocked it out of the park."
