The repairman (Melvin Bonilla) that came was punctual and professional. After removing the satellite dishes, he conducted a full inspection of our roof. He showed me pics of areas of concern. I subsequently purchased a “roof tune-up” on Groupon from this company and had him out again a week later to fix the issues he previously found.
