"Signed the contract 2/13/25. Never heard from them again until mid march when the installation was supposed to be completed by end of March. I was actually given specific dates. No word, then I called in April, actually twice, no follow-up. Then I get the call in May telling me they are ready to schedule and they can get me on the books within the next two weeks. Almost 2 months after the dates expected. No communication. I had other construction people planned around this and all had to be rearranged more than once and I could not get an answer. I told them to refund my money I did not trust or want to do business. I was advised that I had a 3-day right of recission - well I did not know they were going to fail in 3 days. THere is no way to know they are not going to perform in 3-days. People should be aware and they are using a company called Bird-Eye that prevents people from posting bad reviews. ITs unethical. They are hiding the truth. "

"When I called, they answered right away and when I explained the problem, I was told that they would be at my house between 12 - 1 pm. They were at the house before 12:30, and fixed the problem right away (the water tank bladder had broken). Now we have a bigger perfectly working tank - and our water pressure is better than it's ever been (I have a feeling the bladder had damage to it when we moved in, because the pressure was never good). The only problem is that when the phone was answered, I heard a voice say it was an Angie's list customer. However, we didn't get the 5% discount. Although, I did not print out the coupon and forgot to tell my husband about it. Either way, their service was prompt and well done. Thank you!"

Lisa coordinates and schedules them all. Once work began, Lisa was in steady communication via text, email or phone. She sent photos almost every day. If she had a question, she consulted us before proceeding. If we had questions, she answered them promptly. The job was done in less than a month. The results were beautiful.
