"Russ, the owner scheduled an estimate. We discussed what I wanted from the film and compliance to our association rules. He was very knowledgeable about products and made suggestions to what film would meet my expectations. No pressure and very courteous. The job was scheduled for 4/16/2015. The installer arrived on time, helped move some furniture and started work right away. He was very experienced and explained what he was doing as he went along. Job was completed in a couple of hours. The installer cleaned up all material waste and gave me instructions on maintaining the film and what products were safe to use.
