"I contacted them first by email (including photos) and received a reply within 30 minutes. I spoke with Eric, their installer, the next morning. They gave me a quote, and we set an install date for two weeks out. The day before the install, I verified with them that I was still on their schedule. Eric texted me that morning letting me know he was on his way. I had a semi circle window about our front door entrance that needed tinting, plus my double wide window in my upstairs office. He was very knowledgeable about products and made suggestions to what film would meet my expectations. No pressure and very courteous. The job was scheduled for 4/16/2015. The installer arrived on time, helped move some furniture and started work right away. He was very experienced and explained what he was doing as he went along. Job was completed in a couple of hours. The installer cleaned up all material waste and gave me instructions on maintaining the film and what products were safe to use.
