"The outside job was fixing cracks ands chips in brick wall. I was very satisfied with the result. The inside job was to install vinal plank flooring in the kitchen, dining area, living room, hallway and 2 bathrooms. It is beautiful! Looks like real wood. I am very impressed with his attention to detail. Probably could have been a brain surgeon. He made sure that the ends of the plank flooring went under the walls."

"Sometimes Spouse did an excellent job! The wives I rented showed up on time, even a few minutes early. They provided me with proof of being employees, informed me that they were insured and bonded. The two girls cleaned my home for 4-5 hours. They did a deep clean the first time, and a weekly clean after (& have done this for over a year). They do an amazing job each time, doing a top to bottom clean of my home. I signed up for the Sometimes Home Plan and love their services. I also call them for any of my home maintenance needs. "I've dealt with every subcontractor who has ever been in this home from the ground breaking up to the present and they are by far the most professional and courteous contractors I've ever met.  They did everything so carefully and were very conscientious. I wish everyone in the construction/home building industry could take a few lessons from this crew and business. I'm willing to spend a little bit more if it means less headache, hassle and mess to deal with and a job done right. Sadly...you really do get waht you pay for these days! I always love a good deal but a bargain just isn't a bargain when you still have work to do at the end of the day or you have to hire someone else to correct what the bargain contractor did wrong.  They were not the highest bidder but they weren't the cheapest either.  Somewhere in the middle is a pretty good place though! Will hire them again without a doubt!
