"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. Richard and his process gave us the utmost confidence for proceeding. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. We strongly recommend Richard for anyone contemplating any home renovation or home addition, large or small."

"The Curtice Group finished our bathroom renovation in early April 2023. We can give a wholehearted positive review for Scott Curtice’s coordination of the project including keeping to and even improving upon the original schedule, cost transparency throughout, and thoughtful approaches to both design as well as any problems encountered. Scott was an excellent communicator all through the work, being both accessible and responsive to our concerns and questions. Proficient management of the timing of subcontractors by Scott and his project managers was key to the success of the process. All of the above contributed to a great result. The bathroom work included a complete change in the location of the original plumbing and an extension into another room. Scott designed a bathroom that fits our needs, which includes a lot of storage as well as a feeling of spaciousness in what is not really a big space. At the outset, he recommended vendors, always with the caveat that we could choose our own. He also accompanied us to a vendor for the main plumbing components of the bathroom. For access during the work, he created a temporary entrance that would allow access to the work site without going through the rest of the house. In addition to the bathroom, we changed multiple interior doors, replaced the original basement windows and door, changed multiple lighting fixtures and did additional carpentry work. We also addressed remedial plumbing problems in the basement as well as in another bathroom."

"Last year ACH built a bathroom and laundry/mud room addition on my house and gutted and replaced my existing bathroom. A follow-on project was to replace all the windows and the exterior siding. I was so pleased with the work I decided to contract with ACH to update my kitchen this Summer. The kitchen upgrade included, new cabinets, marble counter, and sink. As with my experience last year, it was a pleasure to work with ACH Construction and the workmanship is excellent. I wanted to keep the existing layout and back splash tile. "Excellent. We had a great experience and are more than satisfied with the work they performed. Derek and James remodeled our bathroom several years ago and we were very pleased then and immediately thought to contact them when we had some water damage to part of the exterior on the back room of our house. In addition to replacing the damaged clapboards, there was underlying structural repairs and carpentry/insulation work needed on all the windows. Derek and James responded immediately so we were able to get the work done before more water damage could occur. They do quality work, are attentive to detail, communicate well and clean up their workspace everyday. While here, we also had them repoint the stone foundation of the house to prevent and water leaks/rodent entry. They did a great job on that project, too. Couldn't be more pleased."

We have heard that permitting in our town of Westwood can be a challenge, but the process went well for us.
