They also performed some general carpentry, like planing a door that was scraping the floor, and they repaired some siding that had been displaced by an ice dam during the winter. They did an excellent job, were friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They completed the job in a day and a half. This is the third time we've hired Cromer Remodeling, so you know we've been satisfied with their work."

Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! "Started the job. Got money to start and wouldn't come for months. Gave picture of bathroom tile and how it was to be laid. Didn't pick up at all like it was to be laid. He didn't remove a pipe from the roof, so water leaked in, soaked the insulation and left a water stain on the ceiling. I would never recommend him to anybody. I really trusted the guy. A true rip off."

"Kaio did an excellent job for us. He came here to look at the project and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was here everyday and worked at this difficult job. The wallpaper was very difficult to remove and the walls underneath were in terrible condition. He patched, sanded, and primed until both he and we were satisfied. The stained wood work on the three windows along with the bookcase had to be prepped before any primer could be used. He put on several coats of paint on the repaired walls. He even cleaned the hardwood floor once he had completed the job. I can recommend him with the utmost confidence. His work ethic is beyond reproach and we will definitely hire him back if we should need another project done."
