From start to finish they had representatives on the ground and on the roof constantly keeping me updated as to the process, any damaged or rotted decking to the completion of the new roof and ensuring the roof system was being installed to the manufactures specifications. Throughout the process they were constantly taking pictures with a drone that they use to capture pictures of the removal of the old shingles, any damaged or rotting decking to the complete installation of the new roof. Once the job was completed a representative from the office came out and inspected the finished work and as well as wanting to ensure I was completely satisfied with the process.
