My situation was frustrating… and instead of pushing me into costly repairs and warning me of the terrible things that could happen to my dog if I didn’t, Elpidio was compassionate. We sat on the lawn together, petting the dog, as he shared with me the wise things he knew about dogs in general. I had been almost overwhelmed and Elpidio was kind and knowledgeable. This might sound ridiculous, but the end result was no fence! Of course freedom fence would be there with excellent service and a payment plan if need be… But my particular situation was not as dire as I originally thought. "Came out and installed the fence and trained the dog. No BS. We had an issue ( ON OUR END), they came back out and fixed it for us almost immediately. The price is slightly higher than the competition, especially of you want the training, but the quality of the collar, fence, and customer service makes it way worth it. If you go with the training they guarantee the fence works for your dog, witch is why we ended up going with them, additionally the training is dog friendly."
