"My awning was over 10 years old and still worked perfectly but the fabric had fade and was torn. Patio enclosures did the original install and when I contacted them, they still had all my information and measurement on file! They had over 100 colors and patterns to select from and the materials arrived ahead of schedule. My installers (Dave and Al) were friendly, knowledgeable and very methodical in the way they carefully removed the old materials, clean the tracks and replaced and tested the new install. They even suggested using the touch up paint while they had the cover off instead of being in a hurry to rush to the next job. I was very pleased with the whole process from ordering to final installation. I highly recommend them for any outdoor enclosure! 5 Stars!!"

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "They did an amazing job. It was a full remodel of a shell of a lake side cottage. They did everything from the special environmental permits, demolition of a derelict sunroom. And a full gut of the interior down to the studs. They worked with me on a floor plan. They built a beautiful large deck. Ingrid and her team supervised all of the electrical, insulation, and plumbing through out the cottage. Her team then connected me to the town sewer which needed a six foot ejection pump to reach the road side. The interior is amazing. They did such a great job creating space out of such a small footprint. Subway tiled bath/shower. Heat pump system with the spray foam insulation works super efficiently. Ingrid and David made my lakeside cottage dream a reality. And they did this all with no direct access to the property with vehicles. All the construction debris was moved by trailer and 4x4. Just above and beyond."

"Coen Construction responded to my message within an hour, which is really good.  The owner, Scott, promised to look over my driveway and appraise it for snow-blowing.  Because they were so busy today, he sent over his brother, Sean, instead to hand shovel the driveway. Sean did a fabulous and quick job of it. I would definitely use them again for snow removal. On busy days after a snow storm it can be really hard to find someone who will respond as quickly with as much customer orientation as Coen Construction did. <br />"

"To be fully honest, at first I was a little skeptical, as I am with most contractors, but they came in on time, were very clean, and were punctual about the things I asked for and needed done. The crew was efficient and the work was done correctly. They even helped and built my elderly neighbor a garage bathroom after seeing the work at my house. "My rear porch needed some structutal and cosmetic improvements. I awarded the contract to Coen Construction. The owner Scott Coen provided me with a proposal outlining the scope of work to be done. His work crew show up early to commence the project. As with any project there will be delays such as the weather. When this occured Scott communicated that his work crew would not come out due to the weather or other scheduling issues. Whenever a issue arise on the job site, I would express my concern to the site foreman for a resolution. These will be escalated back to Scott and resolved without impacting the budget. Overall my impression working with Coen Construction was positive, they do quality work in a timely manner. I would utilize their services in the future if needed."
