"My husband has used him for over 20 years. He does the high end appliances. He doesn't do Samsung and all that service stuff. We have KitchenAid Bash and Wolf. We use him all the time. He has repaired our washer. He has repaired our dryer. I called him and within 20 minutes, I had somebody over there repairing my refrigerator. You can't ask for better service. He is outstanding and excellent. He is the only person I use when I want my appliances repaired because they have the best service. He is the only person I use when I go to purchase new appliances because he gives me the best prices, better than most of the stores in and around the area. If you go in to buy a refrigerator, and he says, 'Well, why don't you wait another week? They are going to have a rebate system. I will order it a week from now and you will get a $50 or a $300 rebate. This is the kind of person he is. He is not somebody that just says, 'Okay, fine' and charges you whatever. We trust him. We had a repair and he said, 'I could charge you all of this kind of money. But this 69 cents piece, if you unscrew this and unscrew that and put that in there, that is all it costs to fix it'"

Jim came with needed tools, equipment and material, and knew how to properly use same. Worked safely. Careful to not cause damage to gutters or shingle overhang. To save the owner money, owner provided lumber, moulding, and/or repair pieces. Jim knew just what and how to do what I needed done and did not waste provided material. It was noteworthy was that he wasn't on his cell phone every few minutes. I appreciated that because most contractors I've observed in the last 2 decades spend half their time when on the job on their cell phone -- not thinking about getting the job at hand done, and done right. Stuck to estimate quoted and didn't try to "pad" the fee."
