"After receiving the recommendation from Home Adviser and was contacted by Craig from American Appliance i explained to him my problem getting my Daughters oven repaired by another company that responded, charged her for a service call, and told her he would contact her when her part is received, needless to say he never called back. When I talked to Craig I explained to him our problem and what the other company had found to be the potential problem. I gave Craig the manufacture and model number of the range and he researched the part and called me back that it could be the problem, but instead of coming out to Va. Beach and charging a service call he would order the part and when it comes in make an appointment. When the part was received Craig made the appointment and showed up on time, explained that he wanted to diagnosis the oven to make sure the relay board was indeed the problem because if he installed it and it was not the problem he cannot return it. Craig and Mike replaced the defective board and fixed the oven. Thanks and will use American Appliance again if I ever need any of my appliances repaired."
