"Call them. You can trust them. I've already posted a review for the refrigerator. When another company left me hanging last Christmas, G H came to the rescue. Where the other company told me I'd have to have a repair and left me hanging for over a week for parts that the company could never get, Cory from G H told me in 5 min. that a repair would not work. I had to get a new refrigerator, but I appreciated his speed and honesty. My dishwasher is now making a funny noise during part of the cycle, so I immediately called G H. Cory was scheduled with me again. This time we talked on the phone and I was able to describe more clearly what was happening, He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me that he could fix it, but it would take time to get a part and the repair would be more than just buying a new machine. Again, I appreciated his honesty and took his advice, so he never came to the house. I would rather deal with an honest person and pay whatever it costs (or doesn't). The next time I need an appliance worked on, G H will be my first call."

They returned the next day as agreed and worked with my schedule. "After receiving the recommendation from Home Adviser and was contacted by Craig from American Appliance i explained to him my problem getting my Daughters oven repaired by another company that responded, charged her for a service call, and told her he would contact her when her part is received, needless to say he never called back. When I talked to Craig I explained to him our problem and what the other company had found to be the potential problem. I gave Craig the manufacture and model number of the range and he researched the part and called me back that it could be the problem, but instead of coming out to Va. Beach and charging a service call he would order the part and when it comes in make an appointment. When the part was received Craig made the appointment and showed up on time, explained that he wanted to diagnosis the oven to make sure the relay board was indeed the problem because if he installed it and it was not the problem he cannot return it. Craig and Mike replaced the defective board and fixed the oven. Thanks and will use American Appliance again if I ever need any of my appliances repaired."

Jim was wonderful. Jim is honest, hard-working and very, very professional. In addition to all these qualities, he is a Master Craftsman. Several repair men who came to the house over the weeks Jim was working remarked on the quality of his carpentry. He had to recreate the curved decorative molding above the double doors of my Georgian home and he did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
