I chose Banks Exteriors Plus for several reasons (professional estimate, not rushing me into a quick decision, cost effectiveness, and the time element to begin the project), and I'm so glad I did. Their work was excellent and often over-and-above what I had expected (I had plenty of growth (shrubs, tree limbs, ect. to remove), and it was done perfectly. Clean-up occurred at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The staff was personable and took the time to ask me to come check something to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted. The time that was predicted was on point and no hidden costs surprised me at the end (I still can't over the cutting of all of the growth!). "Trusted Max to have "his company" do the job he quoted, we shook hands on and I paid a deposit towards. I stood next to my neighbor's fence and said, "I want this one". He agreed. He subcontracted the job to a defunct company that not only installed a fence different than the one I wanted, but about 80% of the posts were loose, gravel, cement and debris were left for me to clean up. When I stated that I wanted the fence we agreed upon, 100+ excuses came out such as "this is a better fence than your neighbors" and "they are all the same", etc. Then Max demands payment or "I will be here at 9:00 to rip out the fence" and he would keep my deposit. What a POS! Max is obviously a scam artist and rather than hassle with him further, I paid him off and hope I never see or hear from him again."
