"They gave me an estimate for 800 sf of vinyl flooring. The estimate was almost $8000, and the material cost was ~ $2500. When they called with the estimate I was disappointed and felt it was too high. I was very nice on the phone, but the lady asked multiple times "well what's your budget?", as if the price being high was correlated to my ability to pay. I told her "thank you" and we moved on. I then thought it might be worth it to discuss the estimate with the owner to see if there was a way to bring down the cost, so I emailed them requesting a call back. The same lady I spoke with emailed me back and told me they didn't want our business! I had to laugh. I wonder if the owner knows his employees are sending away business? I wouldn't EVER do business with these people, and I strongly suggest everyone find ANYWHERE ELSE to get their floors."
