Only Jack's would consider a recover but since the underlying infrastructure was good and we only had one existing layer of shingles we felt that a complete removal and replacement was not required. "Absolutely wonderful experience with the Ground Zero crew who installed my shelter. They were punctual and efficient. The process was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. During the digging, a very small amount of damage was done on my garage. I didn't even know about it until the foreman explained to me how he was going to fix it - he repaired and repainted the area himself that afternoon. In addition to being very professional, the whole crew was kind to my 4 year old son who was very excited about the shelter. They gave him earplugs and showed him everything they were doing.
