"A1 Handyman & Plumbing Services saved my house. I moved into a home built in 1925 and after three months noticed an open, leaking pipe in the basement ceiling. Water was pouring out of it, to provide a more accurate description. Sean from A1 came to the house. He investigated the leaking pipe further and discovered not only serious plumbing issues (multiple pipes connected to the same main drainage pipe) but also an abandoned oil tank was hidden behind the drywall; the consequences of neglect and thriftiness from the previous owners. The huge tank made it impossible to reroute the pipes properly. Sean removed the oil tank, ripped up the subfloor, and reorganized the pipes correctly. The inspector had failed to see this issue and the previous owners did not disclose it. Sean's honesty and professionalism was a blessing and a nice change of a pace from my homeowning experience to date. "John did a great job, he was professional, curteous and friendly. He replaced a leak which was at a joint, which also cause a problem for the line to the washer. The washer line came into the joint thus he had to replace that line not just fix the joint. I have the old grey pipes that has since been outlawed for usuage. He helped me replaced a few heavy items since my husband was at wok and even helped me carry my laudry basket upstair since my dryer had gone off. Thank You John"
