"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"I called Nick, on a hunch from wife, and he showed up as planned, and even offered to do the work right then. I bought a faucet for him to install, but it wasnâ  t the right size, but Nick had one on his truck that looked good and he installed it right then. We had another problem with the faucet in the kitchen, that was leaking, and I purchased some time ago from Home Depot, he couldnâ  t repair it do to some inferior parts on that faucet, so I purchased another faucet from Nick, and had that installed, as well. Job was completed and he takes pride in his work, cleaned up and went on his way! "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
