"Gene was very knowledgable about how to fix almost all of the appliances and HVAC units we had which was considerable since we needed to fix a lot of different kinds of equipment in three B&B inns (over 30,000 sqft of space, each with its own set of major appliances in the kitchen and laundry room, etc.)! We kept him busy for several days for that first quote. I saved Gene's cell phone number after our initial experience with him so he became the person we called for several years whenever we needed appliance repairs or HVAC service. My only hesitation in recommending him is that he can be difficult to get ahold of and schedule, but he does a great job. The only other hesitation is that he didn't specify the efficiency of the new heating unit in his quote and we ended up with a much less efficient heater than I had asked for originally and unfortunately I wasn't there on the day he installed it to verify. He's also in more of a rush to get the job done these days so make sure he gets all of the details done the way you need them and be sure to get all of the new equipment specifications written into the quote!"
