From the first phone call to the final walk through, Bob was a trusted presence and thorough communicator. He listed to our requests, answered our questions, offered suggestions and explained challenges in a consistent, clear and timely manner (which was extremely appreciated for first-timers going through this process). It's been roughly 8 months since completion and having a new office and family room has made a HUGE difference in my family's quality of life. His costs were fair and, given that we made some slight tweaks to our original plans, we stayed roughly within budget in terms of time and money. "Joe and his crew did a great job on repairing and painting my Yard Barn. They removed my rotted doors. Completed rebuilt the frame and created new doors which are much sturdier. They replaced a large portion of the back of the Yard Barn which was in need of repair and put a new one in it's place. They completely painted my entire Yard Barn for me and put new strips on my siding that needed replacement. My yard Barn looks even better than it did when it was first built. Joe is very personable and easy to work with as well. Highly recommend them !!"

"This was not the experience we had ever imagined we would have with Matrix we could have worked with other companies and spent far less money but we thought we were getting a premium product and at a premium price! We had contracted Matrix in February to finish our basement, our salesman did a very good job taking the time to lay everything out give us our options and meet our vision the follow-up appointment to finalize went well and the gentleman really had a good knowledge of everything that needed to be done. The biggest problem we had was with the project manager and some of the trades that were brought in. The framers and finish carpenters did a wonderful job however the failures were many and project management was substandard for spending over six figures on a project. The damage that was caused to the finished portion of our house, walls, door jams garage door frame and other building errors that were made on electrical and plumbing were not addressed or handled appropriately"
