And of those two, only one could make the time to do so before the end of September -- that was Brisema LLC. They came out, gave me an estimate and were ready to begin work within a week. As a small business owner I know and recognize that there are both pros and cons to hiring a smaller, non-corporate business to do major home repairs/remodeling/painting but with Brisema, there were only pros. Sergio is one of the most knowledgeable, honest and hardest working people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I would -- and do -- recommend him and his company to anyone who asks me if I know of anyone who does siding work. Their rates are more than fair, they were prompt and super efficient and didn't leave a speck of materials, garbage or debris behind when they left. Couldn't recommend these guys strongly enough, you'd do well to do business with them."
