They were willing to negotiate a price within my budget which helped them win the project compared to the other options. The overall sales process was well organized. I went with an asphalt roof instead of my preferred metal roof because my HOA rejected a metal roof. The roof was well built. It was 2 days after the original schedule due to the very hot weather. The only issue was the install team left a mess in the garage, and nails on the roof and backyard. They quickly sent someone out to remedy the cleanup."
