"Absolutely the best renovation experience with Doug! My husband discovered Doug through Angie’s List and Doug made room in his schedule to help finish a challenging, partially completed apartment remodelling project in Palmyra. It was such a positive, quality experience, we contracted with Doug and his Rejuvenation Design and Build Team to completely restore one apartment in a 4-family off Monroe Ave. The process with Doug was fun, his craftsmanship in this 1920s apartment was exceptionally detailed, and the place was completed in time to offer to an appreciative new tenant. So we then asked Doug if he’d work with us to completely redesign the bathroom and kitchen in one of our favorite, furnished 1-bedroom apartments in our 1906 Claude Bragdon-designed mansion on East Avenue where we are owner occupants. He drafted an exciting and very ambitious, luxurious, & upscale design integrating our requests/ideas into the plan. We loved it, signed, and stopped renting mid-February to get started. The kitchen and bath was sensitively gutted, renovated as Doug designed, with care and appreciation for an historic property, modifications as needed in an historic home, and with great consideration for our tenants living above and below this apartment. We were absolutely thrilled with the process, Doug’s enthusiastic and experienced eye for design suggestions, and the gorgeous results, and so are our tenants!! "After flood damage, I hired this company to pull up dry and replace lvp flooring. On his recommendation of possible future flooding, I went with porcelain tile. The team went above and beyond even helping me place sandbags in the rain to prevent further flooding. The new floor is beautiful. The installation professional and precise. The communication through the job exceeded all expectations. I have several more projects for which I will use this contractor."

"This was a slightly tricky job. Dan had to find the scourse of water entering my 1885 yr old home and despite the fact he is not a roofing specialist he found the leak easily and repaired it quicky. Dan is meticulious in his work. For example he replaced my interior dining room ceiling during this same job and removed a hook from my ceiling which when the job was done he replaced in the exact same spot. Dan does extra work which he never charged me for. For example there were two painted over windows which had not opened in 30 years. Dan fixed these windows and now they are able to open. I have been wanting that job done for 30 years. When he understood there was water entering my home he was able to schedule the job in about 1 week. This time of year good luck in finding such a versitile professional that quickly!!!"

"I got a few quotes from several companies for some bathroom remodeling work and was shocked on how high the labor charge would be. On a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Josh and found his quote to be much more reasonable. I suppose I was a bit skeptical that he could do what I wanted for the price. I wound up asking for some additional work on top of the original estimate and the additional charge was right on par with my expectations. Josh worked with me to go over all the materials that he needed to buy for the job and the finishes I wanted and sent me the exact receipts for the materials. Along the way there were a couple times when I wasn't completely satisfied with how something was done but Josh immediately re-did it and made sure I was happy. Overall he did a great job for a very reasonable price. I also appreciated that he was personable and eager to share his knowledge and experience. That made me comfortable asking him questions about the work so I could keep informed about what exactly he was doing every step of the way."

"So happy we chose R&D for our exterior wall repairs! they were great to work with throughout the process of what turned out to be a complicated issue. Their communication was really appreciated as they dug into things and problem solved some unique issues with how the previous home owners had cut corners on the house. R&D wasn’t the cheapest initial bid we received but I have no doubt that we would have wound up paying more in the end for a lower quality result with anyone else. Thanks guys!"
