"The removal was accomplished. I was hoping it would take less time but there was confusion about the exact location of the animal which delayed pinpointing where the trap should be set. I was very impressed with the responsiveness both initially and throughout the project. The final trap was set on the roof and when I called Chuck at midnight to let him know the raccoon was in the cage, he came right over and got it knowing how anxious I was to be rid of it. I appreciated how humanely the animal was captured and how far away it was taken for relocation so there was no chance of return."
