"I am an avowed DIY-er, but I know my limitations ! In our version of "This Old House", our recent purchase of a 1910 home was in desperate need of new windows. The quotation appointment was prompt, on-time, with options offered for different grade of replacements and features. The price seemed fair (not a bargain basement offer, and VERY far from the 'ridiculous' numbers always put out by an un-named famous national chain). The expectations for installation date range were clearly set (as we all know some of the supply chain challenges we are all currently living with). Installation date was arranged, once they had the units from their supplier. Friendly reminder call the day before, crew of 2 showed up exactly on time, and the work was efficiently and professionally executed. 15 replacements completed on 1st day, and 2 more days (per plan) to complete to work for installing 2 brand new openings for 2 additional windows. Only a few days in, so far - but we could NOT be happier. The work was completed with craftsmanship (see below, as a portion of the work was more than just installing replacements)."

"Dennis was more like a zen interior construction contractor/laborer. He uses an extremely competent crew. Repaired far more than the little box of “work done” above. Ceiling repair in three rooms, plaster repair of interior walls, door hardware replaced, carpeting removal, complete renovation of a deteriorated bathroom, including shower demolition and tile laying. He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. He was efficient, and recommended only necessary work, saving me money. He has a long history of restoring properties in his native Rhode Island. I am very pleased with the results. "I originally hired Services & More to cut my grass. But...one thing led to another. As I also had an issue with one one my windows. The trim was rotted and water was getting into the wall causing damage, along with that, we desperately needed to replace our shingles. My husband and I wanted vinyl siding done. Adam, was very helpful with the whole process. Before I knew it everything we needed done had gotten done, and then some. What I liked most about this company was he never pushed or tried to sell us on any services. We just happened to ask. Once again, Adam took care of what we wanted to do and more, because we asked, including our garden beds. When they did the siding, they replaced ply wood in the areas that needed it, and also repaired the foundation, in certain spots. Adam also did the interior of our wall, where that window was. ALL VERY reasonable in price! Considering that they did quite a lot. They are my go to guys!! I've hired them for life! Highly recommend!!"

"Marshall's replaced 6 windows and installed a new slider door in our kitchen. Dave first came by to give us a quote, and once given it didn't change. There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! This is not the first time Marshall's did a job for us, about 10 years ago they did our roof for us. I would recommend them 100% to do what you need to be done, you won't be disappointed. "Once we called, Rob called within a couple of days to make an appointment.  He came our and was terrific.  Straightforward, very clear, no hard sell.  The price was very competitive, in fact significantly cheaper than another quote we had received.  Because they work with Harvey Windows, we were able to go the showroom in Burlington and look at the options.  And because the Burlington location is a showroom only, the employees there are very helpful, not interested in selling but rather inform.  
Once we decided what we wanted, Rob took our order and gave us a infall time frame about two months out.  Nearly to the day, we got a call that the windows would be delivered on a Friday and the install begin the following Monday. They thought it might take two days but their terrific installer was able to get it done in one.  
We are very happy with our choices.  The windows are great, very professionally installed.  We are wondering why we waited so long.
