After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"Our installers Raphael and Verushka were absolutely amazing. Hard working very lovely people who know exactly what they are doing. They get a 10++. Chris that came out with them was also a very nice person. On our frosted shower doors I give nothing. I am so upset with them I don't have words. You see them from the side view walking into my small bathroom and all I see is green. I was told that is how they come and cannot replace them unless we come up with over $1000.00 for clear. (sorry but can't imagine how they could cost that much just for doors only. They have to come back out anyway because you guys packed the wrong shower handles). You should train your salesmen to let people know that frosted glass on shower doors have that awful green hue and at a sideview it will be apparent. If looking at them straight in they wouldn't be bad but sideways they are awful. I am so upset after finally saving enough in our retirement to get this shower that it looks like that. "

The subfloor needed replacing and joists leveled, so it was a big job. His friendly crew did a great job and fixed other issues they found. Mike made sure we were satisfied with the work. "They charged $11.00 per foot for lumber that cost $.78 cents per foot. The sub contractors were very hard to communicate with. Some of their work had to be redone and the cleanup was very poor. Much less than I expected after hearing their ads on TV. I would not hire them again."
