"Mike took on a difficult water damage project that involved adding new footings and carry beam to a deck so that it could be separated from the building in order to correct water damage from a leaking slider. A new slider was installed, the half-wall below the deck was rebuilt and a new door was also installed for the daylight basement under the deck. Several other repairs were also handled during the time the crew was on site. Mike handled all with calm professionalism and brought all the work in on time and within his estimates. He is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with."
