"I recently bought a house and needed a new furnace and I wanted to add central AC to my house. I have a friend who has been a contractor for 20 plus years in the town I moved to. I asked him who he uses, he said he only uses Druziako. I called them up and they came out gave me all my options and advised me on the best way to add duct work etc. They gave me a date they would be there and said it would take 2 days to complete the install. They showed up on time. They finished it in 2 days. Guys were professional and clean. The whole project came out better than I expected. I couldn't be more happy. I would recommend them to anyone. I would also recommend central AC to anyone. It's a nice gift to give yourself :)"

They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

From the estimate to the installation, he was quick to respond, knowledgeable, clearly explained the difference between a heat pump and traditional AC, and answered all our questions. Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. "I was having new appliances delivered and installed that required a professional plumber. I did not have a long lead time, but they were able to accomodate my needs within my required time frame. I had not received complete instructions from the store where I bought the appliances, so 2 visits by Milltown were required. That probably added to the cost unnecessarily. They also fixed a leaky valve on the hot water heater. The two Freds and Bernie were great to work with - I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs.
