"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

Lorraine at John Dolan was very responsive in coordinating the work, and Steve and Tyler, the installers, were punctual, professional, excellent tile installers, and really nice guys to deal with. "Bob Bedford and the great guys from Bedford Builders worked on my Dad’s house this past winter. Bob was very quick to respond to our initial request for him to view my Dad’s house and provide him with a quote. He was extremely patient when walking his home with us, as we discussed options and ideas. He took great notes, and provided my Dad with a detailed quote quickly. I was hoping for a rather specific timeframe, as I was about to have another baby, and it would have been easier to remodel without any of his grandkids in the house. He was very understanding and was able to start the job exactly when we needed. Bob and his team were so very organized and professional from day one, and this carried on throughout the entire project. The kitchen and bathrooms had not been fully remodeled in over 50 years, so it was more than a typical renovation. The kitchen and two bathrooms had to be completely gutted and rebuilt. The kitchen remodel involved relocating the refrigerator and taking a piece of a wall away, installing recessed lighting, crown molding, reworking sink and oven locations, adding a dishwasher and widening the entrance to the kitchen. They also took their time and did an amazing job with the very detailed floor tile pattern. All new cabinets and hardware were installed, and Quartz countertops and a stone backsplash were also installed to perfection. Both the master bath and guest bath were also completely gutted to the studs. Both bathroom remodels required reworking of the existing footprint by removing a closet to open up the bathroom more, and expanding a bit into the existing wall to create a larger master shower. Both bathrooms had exceptional custom tile work in the showers, counter work and cabinets. They also completed beautiful woodwork were needed on the first floor and master bath. Bob was extremely patient throughout the process, and always made sure to explain all of the steps along the way. If an issue arose, he explained it thoroughly and provided an option for a resolution. I absolutely cannot say enough about the QUALITY of the work that was provided by Bob and his team. They are the epitome of professionalism and caring about the quality of their work. We would absolutely recommend Bob Bedford and Bedford Builders to anyone for any size project or remodel."

"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"We had our change over from tub to walk-in shower installation and we're very pleased with it . We would like to praise the 2 men that did the installation, Aldama and Andre. They arrived on time, covered floors and carpets and began work. They took no breaks and worked continually until finished. They answered my questions and kept us informed of what they were doing, and made suggestions about placement of the seat, shelves and non-movable door which we had not thought about. They were upset when they found that 2 gaskets for doors were not included in door kit so they could not finish the job 100% and told me they will make sure the gaskets were put in ASAP. When finished they cleaned ALL debris and left EVERYTHING spotless. If I ever have another project done it will be PIC Home Pros."

William walked me through every step of the way and maintained great communication throughout the project letting me know where they were in the project as well as any difficulties or complexities that they faced. William stood behind his work addressing any and all concerns I had when the job was finished. I never felt abandoned or isolated at any point of the project.
