He protected the floor with plastic from possible leaks before he removed it and was careful to clean everything up before he left. He also made sure it was working before he left. "I would like to point out that this company is much cheaper than other estimates that I got!  Unlike other companies, they provided me with pictures of what they thought needed repairing.  When the work was done, they provided me with after pics.
It took them two days to complete the majority of the work.  However, afterwards, I found a few dry stack piers that had not been fixed.  I told them, and they made all of the corrections the following day.  They seemed embarrassed that they had missed them, and I believe it was an honest mistake.
Team was polite and seems very honest.  They accidentally broke my garden hose sprayer and replaced it without me even having to ask them!
After all of the work, the owner of the company went under the house with me to make sure that I was satisfied with everything.  I am.  The employees seem genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction.
